About the mandala:
The blues of agapanthus, borage and lapis lazuli, contrast with dandelion and waterlily. The name Agapanthus derives from the greek for 'love flower' and is also known as Lady of the Nile. I feel this creation has Egyptian overtones. Lapis lazuli was used to open the heart to love and the water lily and stars of borage speak into our earthly cosmic connections to universal love.
